Warner Bros.' "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" may have just ended its run in theaters, but work on "Justice League: Part One" -- which will feature returning characters like Batman, Wonder Woman and the Flash -- is well underway. A new rumor from HeroicHollywood suggests four potential working titles for the upcoming film, as well as more dates for upcoming DC Films projects.
Allegedly, the working title for "Justice League: Part One" is currently "Justice League: United," "Justice League: Angels and Demons," "Justice League: Gods Among Us" or "Justice League: Gods Among Men."
While "Angels and Demons" and "Gods Among Men" don't have any direct connections to the comics, "United" and "Gods Among Us" do; the former is a comic by Jeff Lemire and Mike McKone that ran for two years, and the latter is a fighting video game that went on to become a comic series at DC Comics. It's worth pointing out that "Gods Among Men" found Superman taking over the world following Lois Lane's death, seeing as the Flash traveled back in time to tell Bruce that she was key in "Batman v Superman."
The rumor also pinpoints four dates for as-yet-unannounced DC Films projects: October 2, 2020, April 16, 2021, July 2, 2021 and November 5, 2021. Though there are no properties attached to these dates, the rumor claims they have been staked out for new DC Films.
